Vineyard Royale Casino Hotel is a fictional destination in the heart of Australian wine country, on a working estate where old-vine shiraz has grown in the same red soil since the 1890s. Deep plum, warm shiraz, olive-leaf green and soft wheat run through the whole casino hotel, built low among the rows with the range on the horizon.
Walk the vines in the cool of the morning. Taste at the cellar door as the heat comes up. Then step in from the terrace into our adults-only casino salon, warm and low as the sun drops behind the hills.
